Speakers need ONLY register for the full conference (under the heading "Registration Fee").
Speakers do NOT need to register for any "options" or individual functions (under the heading "Available Functions")
 

The selections under "Available Functions" are options for non-presenting conference attendees 
who are not attending the entire conference (i.e. those who are attending for a day).

Early registration is a reduced fee and ends April 30, 2009

Accommodation

Accommodation is also booked at the above link. 
It appears as an option as you go through the on-line form
